Our services provided for this package are as follows:
- 2 Social Media graphic design for prosts for the Facebook and Instagram page (the format of the post is established with our clients before hand; it can be in an ad format or normal post format)
- Copywritting for the posts for both platforms
- Facebook Ad management in limit of 10 Campaigns. If required this will include the initial set up of a Facebook Ads account and a Business Manager account
- Basic SEO optimization for the website. When we reffer to basic we understand meta description and title creation or optimisation for Search engines)
- In order to have good results we recommend a minimum Monthly budget for Adspent of 400$ though this is not a guarantee that the campaigns will be efficient or profitable to you. It may depend on market situation or competition of a keyword we try to target
The Medium Package
Our services provided for this package are as follows:
- This package includes all the features from the basic package
- Google Ad Management in limit of 10 Google AdWords campaign. If required this will include the initial set up of the Google Adwords account
- Instagram Ad Management in limit of 10 Instagram Campaigns. If required this will include the initial set up of the Instagram account for business
- One 3D design post for Facebook per week. This is at the moment limited to Facebook as no other platforms offer the back end support for it
- SEO+Backlinks; this may refer to some website optimisation (that may include but is not limited to load speed increase, User Experience or User Interface the creation of new pages for specific keywords) and registration of the website on other platforms with a custom link to the pages of the website we work on improving

The Pro Package
Our services provided for this package are as follows:
- This package includes all the features from the medium package
- Advanced Marketing Campaigns (this may include hyper targeting on Facebook ads, Retargeting and other advanced strategy we cannot disclose due to competition that will increase the profitability of the ads created
- LinkedIn Management with no limit to the campaigns created, though they have to be in reasonable amounts
- Google My Business optimisation (this could include the creation of a MyBusiness account, regular posting and optimisation of the content to increaste the account’s search rankings.
- Advanced SEO: this may include but is not limited to adding Schema to the website, installing google API’s, content creation and other strategies to increase search results
The packages don’t necessary guarantee results. It may depend on different factors like how your business manages the leads we create, market competition or any bugs in your website that were present before starting our project.

How to solve litigation
The law applicable for litigation is the Romanian law (the country of our entity’s legal registration) and may be influenced by the country in which we sell our services.
By using our website you agree that any misunderstanding or complaint about our contracts regarding their start date, termination or conditions, will be solved if possible without involving any judiciary entities.
In the case in which you cannot solve the issues you encounter in a friendly manner you have the right to use a legal court in which the matters could be settled according to the law.

Warranty and the Return Policy
The Romanian Legal system through OUG 34/2016 mandates that any online purchase could be returned in terms of 14 days without any special request.

If you pay any fees with a credit card, Outcreate Media may seek pre-authorization of your credit card account prior to your purchase to verify that the credit card is valid and has the necessary funds or credit available to cover your purchase.
Limitations on liability
Outcreate Media Group SRL limits its liability regarding the results we offer to your business in the case in which you, the beneficiary:
- will not use the recommendations we make you regarding any social behaviours or technical activities on your website
- will try to use illegal and unethical tactics to increase your search results (known as blackhat SEO)
- your ability of handling the leads we create for you is poor or your product or service has any sort of problem that will make your customers compain
- you act against our recommendations for social media and SEO management
- the market conditions are unfavourable
- your business model is incorrect
- you don’t follow the rule of law in any way
- you practice any illegal activities
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these Terms (for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action), will at all times be limited to a maximum of fifty pounds sterling (GBP 50). The existence of more than one claim will not enlarge this limit. You agree that our suppliers will have no liability of any kind arising from or relating to these Terms.
